In turn, good health and fitness can decrease your risk of developing certain conditions. These certain conditions include heart disease, stroke, cancers, injuries, and many more. Nowadays people are busy trying to balance their work, family, and other responsibilities. As a result, their health goals are put on hold.

Being healthy and fit does not have to be difficult. Here are some simpler ways to be healthier and perfectly fit with minimal effort.

1. Maintain a healthy diet:

  • Choose the dishes that are made of olive oil and canola oil, which are high in healthy fats while cutting back on fast foods and store-bought snacks (like cookies, pancakes) which are high in bad fats.

2. Get regular exercise:

Most of the peoples still don’t move their body enough all day. But this gives a very bad effect on your health. While it can be hard to find time for exercise in your busy schedule but it’s important to fit in at least 30 minutes of activity every day. More time you give on your activity is better, but any amount is better than none.


  • Choose activities you enjoy, many things count as exercise, including walking, gardening, dancing, and any other work in which your body moves from one place to another.
  • Make these exercise a habit by setting aside the same time for it each day. Try going to take a walk after dinner every day.
  • Walk with your kids and elders in the morning. It is great exercise for everyone.

Carrying too much weight increases your risk for several health conditions. Being an overweight person can also lead to weight-related injuries and they can’t find flexibility in our body. After doing a small amount of work they can tire easily.

  • some cancers
  • gallbladder disease

Be sure before going in the contact of sun wear protective clothes and hats when you are outside. Use a cream that protects your exposed skin from coming in direct contact with the sun like your face and hands. It helps to protect your skin and helps prevents skin cancer. In sunny days, if you’re going outside must carry a bottle of water it keeps you hydrated.

5.Limit how much alcohol you drink:

Men should have no more than 2 drinks a day while Women should have no more than 1 drinks a day. One drink is equal to 12 ounces of beer, 5 ounces of wine, or 1.5 ounces of liquor. Drinking too much alcohol can harm your liver also. In some cases, after drinking excess amount of alcohol also contributes to death from car accidents, murder, and suicide.

6. Be sure to get sleep:


Nowadays, most of us have 10 hrs. jobs during the day or night. It is important to get enough sleep to charge our body for another working day. Everyone should have to take almost 6-8 hrs. of sleep.
Doing exercise on a regular basis also improves your sleep quality.

7. don’t smoke or use of tobacco:stop smoking

Smoking and tobacco use find as a harmful habit. They can cause heart disease, mouth, throat, or lung cancer. It affects your health and you can’t stay fit. It is a bad addiction. So the sooner you quit, the better.

8. Stay motivated:

An important key to being healthy and fit is to set goals and keep a positive attitude with a positive mindset. If you stay positive, you will be able to push yourself to get that perfect and fit body you always want.

9. Meditate:


Meditate helps you in reducing Stress while on other hands it also helps you to increase your focus. It also lowers blood pressure and relieves pain. It connects you with others and makes you happier.

In short, these are some points you have to focus on being perfectly healthy and fit:

  • call and choose food ”healthy” and ”unhealthy” instead of saying ”good” and ”bad” in taste.
  • For every 1 hour you spend sitting, get up and walk at least for 5 minutes.

  • Drink a glass of water before each meal it helps you in digesting food.

  • Get a good night sleep.
  • Reduce salt and sugar intake.
